These are our Terms & Conditions

All transactions made on this site are on the understanding that you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected. You must be 18 years of age or older and all goods will only be shipped within the U.K.

Prices & payments

All prices quoted on this site are in UK pounds and include VAT. Delivery & Insurance are Free of Charge.

Delivery

As each order is dealt with on an individual basis please allow up to 7 days to ship your order. A confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent within 24 hours. You will also be notified once your goods have been dispatched. Delivery times may vary and if you have purchased multiple items, may arrive separately. Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages or shortages must be noted at the time of delivery on the driver's docket. It is your responsibility to contact us within a reasonable time to notify us of any problems you have experienced - ideally within 48 hours by E-mail (See Contact details below).

Guarantees

As we make sure all our sourced products are of the highest standards we're sure you will be very happy with your item. However, if within 12 months of receipt, your item develops a fault, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to rectify the problem. Important: Please take a moment to read the 'Other Notes' Section at the bottom of this page.

Returns

If, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your product then please notify us by E-mail or letter within 7 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to return the goods, undamaged (i.e. the item is packaged suitably for postage) to us (we also recommend you ensure the product for return). A full refund will be made within 30 days or sooner upon receipt of the goods. 
Please Note: These rights do not affect you if you have received the goods faulty - please see 'faulty Goods' section below.

Faulty Goods

You are subject to certain statutory rights if the product you ordered arrives faulty. Please contact us immediately (or at least within 7 days of receipt). We will then arrange to collect the item from your home address. Once the product has been returned and inspected you will be offered one of two options (of your choice!):

  1. A replacement - shipped to you at our expense.
  2. A full refund (upon receipt of the faulty product).

Other Notes

All prints have an archive life of over 100 years in normal conditions. However, prolonged, direct sunlight on any photographic image prematurely ages it. Therefore, we recommend you place your product away from direct sunlight.
