Power of Projects (OP Magazine 297)

Written on .

Projects are a great way to stimulate your photography and in issue 297 of Outdoor Photography magazine I have a 6-page spread on how to go about creating one. It's full of useful information that I've collated and refined over the years - from thinking up ideas through to final completion. As of time of publishing this article, Outdoor Photography magazine is now available to buy on shelves or online, so why not grab a copy for some useful advice!

To coincide with the publishing of the article, I am announcing a brand new and unique, project-based workshop from concept to framing. This 'Picture2Frames: A Yorkshire Dales Winter' photography workshop is based in the Yorkshire Dales village of Reeth. Limited to just 4 participants, this 6-day (7-night) workshop will see you create and design a project that suits your style of photography, capture images in fours separate Dales, process, print and finally, frame your images up to an impressive A2 size for you to take home with you. But don't worry, I'll be with you every step of the way, so you leave with a set of processed Yorkshire Dales winter images as well as three large framed prints!

Full details about this workshop can be found here and, of course, please get in touch if you would like to reserve your place.
